What CueCard is

CueCard is a digital card and lead-capture tool. Businesses share a card people can tap or scan to save their contact and, if they opt in, receive follow-up emails.

Using CueCard responsibly

• Only contact people who have genuinely opted in to hear from you.
• Honor opt-outs immediately. Anyone who unsubscribes must stop receiving emails.
• Don't use CueCard for spam, harassment, or anything unlawful, and represent your business truthfully.
• You're responsible for the content you put on your card and in your messages.

Businesses are responsible for having proper consent before messaging contacts. CueCard provides tools designed to keep messaging compliant, but the responsibility for lawful use rests with the account owner.

Your data is yours

You own the contacts and content in your account. You can export your leads at any time, and if you leave, we'll help you take your data with you.

Availability & changes

We work to keep CueCard running smoothly but can't guarantee it will always be available or error-free. We may update these terms as the product evolves; we'll note the date at the top when we do.
