CueCard helps businesses share a digital card and stay in touch with people who choose to connect. This policy explains what we collect, why, and the choices you have.
What we collect
- Business account info: the name, contact details, and card content a business owner enters to set up their CueCard.
- Contacts you share with a business: if you tap or scan a CueCard and choose to share your info (like your name and phone number), that goes to that business.
- Basic usage analytics: anonymous, aggregate signals (like how many people viewed or saved a card) that help a business understand what's working. These never include a visitor's name, phone number, email, or location.
Email & consent
A business can only email you if you opt in, plainly, so you always know what you're agreeing to. You can unsubscribe at any time with the one-tap link in every email. Any follow-up emails come from the business you connected with, are kept to a minimum, and you'll never be signed up for emails without your say-so.
How your information is used
Contact info you share with a business is used by that business to follow up with you. We use account and usage data to run and improve CueCard. We do not sell your personal information, and we don't share it with other businesses.
Your choices
- Unsubscribe anytime with the one-tap link in every email.
- Ask the business you connected with to update or delete the contact details you shared.
- Business owners can export or delete their own account data at any time.
