Other digital cards stop when the contact is saved. CueCard starts there. Someone taps or scans it, saves you in a second, and lands in your leads as a real contact. Then it follows up like a thoughtful person, not a marketing machine. Here are the questions we hear most.
What is CueCard?
CueCard replaces the paper card that ends up in a drawer. Your page holds your info, links, and booking, and it's always up to date. People open it from a tap, a scan, or a link. Change your number, add a service, swap your booking link, and anyone who opens your page sees the new details. No reprinting, no website to build.
Do my customers need to download an app?
No, and that's the point. A tap or a scan of your QR opens your page in their browser. Nothing to install, no account to make. They save you in a couple of seconds, the same way they'd save any contact.
What does someone see when they tap?
Your page, opening the moment they tap. A clean first impression: who you are, what you do, and an easy way to reach you. From there they can save you, book you, or pay you right where they're standing. You pick which sections belong, and CueCard puts it together. No app for them, no website for you.
How does capturing a lead work?
When someone saves your card, their information is saved as a lead, tagged with where you met and any notes you add. And it's offline-safe: even if the signal drops at a busy event, the save still goes through, so a dead bar of service never costs you a lead.
How does follow up work?
The moment you meet, CueCard sends a warm first email, personalized to that lead: their event, their date, what they came for. Then it tracks it, so you can see it actually went out instead of wondering. You see every email before it sends. It runs as a gentle little sequence: a "great to meet you" note, then maybe one light nudge later.
It's built to stay on the right side of friendly. The Loop is hard-capped, it reads like a note from a real person rather than a blast, it stops the instant someone replies, and every email includes an easy way to unsubscribe. Think of it as an assistant quietly handling your follow up, not a machine hammering your leads.
Is this going to feel spammy to my customers?
No, that's the opposite of what CueCard is for. The Loop is warm, hard-capped, and consent-first. It stops the instant someone replies. Anyone who unsubscribes is simply never emailed again, and every email carries an easy way to opt out. Each one is meant to help the person who receives it (a friendly hello, your details, an easy way to book), not to sell at them. You come across as a person who followed up, never as a blast, because that's exactly what you are.
Can I reach out myself instead?
Of course. Every lead lands in your leads with their contact, so you can reach out whenever you want, however you want. The Loop just makes sure the first follow up never slips while you're busy. It's the safety net, not a replacement for you.
Do I need the physical card?
No. Every plan includes your QR code and shareable link, so you can print the QR anywhere or drop the link in a bio, an email signature, or a message, and you're ready to go. The tap card is optional: a physical card someone taps with their phone to open your page. It feels great in person, but the QR and link do the same job.
Can I edit my card after I share it?
Anytime. Update your page once, and anyone who opens your link sees the latest: new number, new hours, a fresh booking link, a new service. Your page stays current on its own, so nobody's stuck with an old version of you. If someone already saved your details straight into their phone, resharing your page gives them the update.
Do I need a new card if my information changes?
No. Your card points to your page, and your page is what changes. Update your number, hours, links, or services and the same card keeps working. You only ever set up the card once.
Can people save me without the physical card?
Yes. The tap card is just one way in. Anyone can open your page by scanning your QR code or opening your link, then save you the same way. The physical card is a nice touch in person, not a requirement.
What if I lose my card?
You're covered. From your dashboard you can disable a lost card so it stops opening your page, then point a new one at the same page. Your info, your leads, and your link all stay put. Order a replacement tap card anytime.
What does it cost?
You build your card free and only pay when you go live. It's $99 to start: your CueCard, your card page, and your follow-up sequence, including your first year. Then it's $79/year after that for your Annual Service, which keeps your card live and your follow-ups running. No monthly subscription, no separate tiers, no surprise bill. Extra profiles are $25 a year, extra tap cards $25 each.
Your card stays yours. If you stop your Annual Service, your page goes offline and you can export your leads anytime.
